A form on a website looks free until it fills up. The services behind "Contact us", "Get early access" and "Notify me" boxes mostly price by how many entries arrive each month, and the free plans stop somewhere between 10 and 1,000. We priced twenty of them at 1,000 and 10,000 entries a month, and put our own contact list on b59.link beside them, along with the thing it doesn't do that most of them do.
All prices are in US dollars on monthly billing, from each vendor's own pricing page or help docs on 2026-10-23. The cost is the cheapest plan that takes that many entries in a month. Three vendors (Fillout, Basin, Web3Forms) show only yearly prices, so those are marked.
First, what b59.link/cus is and isn't
b59.link/cus is a contact list. The panel you put on your site takes a name and an email, and the person lands in a list you can see, add to by hand and export as a CSV. It has no message box, and it doesn't email you each time someone signs up. If your form exists to collect people (customers, early users, people who met you at a stall), that is what it does. If you need visitors to write you a message that arrives in your inbox, it is the wrong tool, and the table below shows four free ones that do that.
Twenty tools at 1,000 and 10,000 entries a month
At 1,000 a month six options cost nothing: b59.link, Tally, Fillout, Formester, FormSubmit, and Netlify Forms if your site is hosted on Netlify. At 10,000 Fillout drops out. Tally's free plan has no number on it, only "fair usage", and its fair-use help page returned 404 when we checked, so treat that $0 as unconfirmed at volume. FormSubmit needs no account at all: you point a plain HTML form at it and each entry arrives as an email.
The cheapest paid plans are small too. Static Forms is $6 a month for 3,000 and $9 for 25,000, and Zoho Forms Basic is $12 for 10,000. The big form builders cost the most at 10,000: Jotform Gold and Typeform Business are $129 a month, Wufoo Advanced $113. You pay for their editors, logic and templates, not for the entries.
Some free plans are smaller than they look. Formspark's 250 free entries are in total, not per month. Typeform allows 10 responses a month, Paperform 30, Formspree and Formcarry 50.
Two years, added up
Traffic grows, so the plan that is free in year one may not be in year two. Here is one site with 1,000 entries a month for a year and 10,000 a month the next:
Below about $300 for both years you have Formspark's bundles, Static Forms, Web3Forms and Zoho Forms. Fillout is free all of year one and $900 in year two, because its free plan stops at 1,000 a month.
What you get on b59.link/cus
Open Contact lists at b59.link/cus, sign in and name the list. The list page holds the contacts, the sign-up panel and the settings.

The Sign-up panel tab gives you two lines of HTML (or a small React component). Paste them where the form should go; the script draws the name and email fields in your page, with no iframe.
People who join appear in the Entries table with the source embed; people you paste into the Add emails box (up to 5,000 at a time) show manual. Export CSV downloads everyone, unsubscribed contacts included, whenever you want.

An account gets 10,000 data-collecting requests a month, shared by all its lists, and both sign-ups and people you add by hand count. So the 10,000 column in the table is the whole month's allowance used by one form.
What it doesn't do
No message field, no email to you per entry, no file uploads, no custom fields, no conditional logic and no form builder. The panel shows a small "Powered by b59.link" line. For a message box that lands in your inbox at no cost, FormSubmit, Formester or Tally are where we would look; for a long form with logic, Tally or Fillout. If what you want is a list of the people who asked to hear from you, and the file whenever you need it, you don't need to pay for it.
Make a contact list, paste the sign-up panel on your site, and export the list whenever you need it.
