Terms

b59.link is run by Biz59 LLC in New York. By making a short link, a QR code or a view counter, signing in, or calling the API or the MCP server, you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What you can use

Short links, QR codes, view counters, waitlists, newsletters, contact lists, booking pages and the free tools on this site, the API and the MCP server that lets AI apps such as Claude and ChatGPT make links for you. Some tools work without an account; the rest need you to sign in with a code we email you.

Every tool has limits on how often it can be called, so one person can't slow it down for everyone. If you hit one, wait and try again. If you need more, write to us.

What you may not do

  • Link to phishing, malware, scams or pages that pretend to be someone else.
  • Use short links or lists to send spam, or add people to a list who didn't ask to join.
  • Link to anything illegal where you or the people who open it live, or that sexualises children.
  • Hide where a link goes in order to get around another site's blocks or filters.
  • Try to break, overload or get around the limits of the site, the API or the MCP server.

If a link or page breaks these rules, we switch it off without notice, and we may block the account or the address it came from. Anyone can report a link through our contact page.

Your account and connected apps

Your account is your email address. Keep access to it: anyone who can read your email can sign in. When you connect an AI app (Claude, ChatGPT or a desktop client) you sign in on b59.link and the app gets a token that works for a day and renews itself for up to 30 days. Whatever the app makes with that token belongs to your account, as if you had made it here. To cut an app off, remove the connection in the app, or ask us and we end every token it holds.

Your links and content

What you shorten, upload or write stays yours. You give us the right to store it, show it and send it on as the tool needs (for example, redirecting a short link or showing a contact page). Short links and stats pages are public: anyone who has the address can open them.

What we store and for how long is on the privacy page.

No promises we can't keep

We work to keep b59.link up and every short link working, but the service comes as it is, without a guarantee that it will never go down or that a link will work forever. Don't put the only copy of something important behind it. As far as the law allows, Biz59 LLC isn't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages from using b59.link, and its total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and the law

If these terms change, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Using b59.link after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
